Sr. Product Manager – Bare Metal

Location: Austin, Texas -or- San Diego, California

As the Sr. Product Manager – Bare Metal, you will lead efforts to expand Cirrascale offerings for bare-metal GPUaaS (GPU-as-a-service). This includes offerings for training, fine-tuning and development of Generative AI models and for HPC. You will help guide the company vision for providing cross-vendor, AI acceleration offerings that leverage the latest GPU, CPU and other AI acceleration offerings. This role puts you at the forefront for delivering the most impactful offerings for the company, while using your understanding of technology, market shifts and standards to derive new areas for the company to focus on.

Details

• The Senior Product Manager - bare metal role develops offerings for bare-metal compute for both Cirrascale and in conjunction with partners.
• Staying on top of industry trends for compute solutions utilizing AI acceleration and understanding opportunities to improve Cirrascale core offerings. Developing joint offered products in conjunction with server OEM partners and cloud partners (e.g. network/carrier partner datacenters).
• Building out roadmaps for the evolution of offerings in conjunction with server, GPU and other technology partners.
• Planning for engineering support that may be needed to bring new offerings to market (software or other specialized development).
• Closely coordinates with Cirrascale marketing to build reference material used for datasheets, presentations press-releases and web content.
• Works with customer on their challenges with current product offerings and becomes that customer advocate, collecting feedback and working cross teams to prioritize new offerings or capabilities.

Job Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience that has either directly or indirectly worked with cloud computing
• Deep expertise of GPU offerings for AI and HPC workloads with an emphasis of understanding market shifts or advancements.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills that utilize real data to help make decisions.
• Cross-team collaboration and leadership and communication skills that work well with others.
• Completed successful products introductions, from concept to launch.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field

Salary Range

The base salary range for the Sr. Product Manager is $124,950 to $183,750.  This pay range reflects the broad, minimum to maximum, pay range for this job for the location for which it has been posted. Compensation decisions are dependent on several factors including, but not limited to, an individual’s qualifications, location where the role is to be performed, internal equity, and alignment with market data. In addition, Cirrascale offers a competitive benefits package including paid time off, health and wellness and retirement benefits.
